I recently reinstalled my site with version 2.5.6 but after reuploading the media/uploads folder and restoring the db, all of my photo paths are incorrect.  They are linking to folders that do not exist in the uploads folder.  All file/folder permissions are set correctly.

For example: /media/uploads/5/9/6/7/633/photo_633z2qjkboxrvjdtatz74mr3xdeq.jpg

When I look at the uploads folder, it only has /media/uploads/5/9/ but there is no 6.

All of my media files are there just not being linked to correctly. 

Need help please.
