It's already possible. You can either use ffmpeg on your own server for video encoding, or www.encodercloud.com for fast off-server encoder.

but if i have mine server?.... what can i do... i want to do conversion faster on my server...

when i install AVS 2.1 this is possible but with VLD this is not possible, maybe you need to change a little the code of script?....

to be more effective website that I should do so that when more than 500M upload video to load and give you an announcement: "Video will you converted within an hour, depending on its size ! 'but are not waiting until it will convert, to converse further with friends. Because you can not converse with anyone until it converts video ....
