Topic: suggestion for vlad to use Confluence knowledgement management system
Hi Vlad,
vldpesonals script is so full of features. I find that I am constantly asking how to turn something on/off or how to do simply things that are found with the CP section of the script but I have to ask, on the Forum and via tickets, to find out where it's located.
I think some of my answers can be answered by a knowledge management system such as the one by called Confluence by, refer to this link: http://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/
Their site writes:
"Confluence is used for intranets, knowledge management and documentation by over 10,700 organisations in 108 countries around the globe - across Fortune 1000, government, education, finance and technology sectors."
p.s. I have purchased a script from a developer who uses Confluence to explain how to do 'things' on their script, and it's been super helpful. I believe three people have been collaborating to explain how to do this and that on their script, also I think it can be set so all users or designated user can have permission to edit/add to the knowledge base.
I do hope you'll explore the Confluence software and incorporate it to the vldpesonals Documentation & Knowledgebase.
thanks for reading my suggestion,
Simon
