Due to the non-returnable nature of downloadable software we do not issue refunds once a transaction has been completed. Unless the product doesn’t work or act as demonstrated or you did not receive all your files as indicated, we cannot accept any product returns.
All software offered by VLD Interactive is available for evaluation, as a hosted demo, prior to purchasing. We encourage you to thoroughly test the system you are interested in before purchasing to determine its suitability for your purposes and compatibility with your hosting account.
